Yes. RunPilot Reviews requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. If WooCommerce is missing, the plugin shows a notice in your admin and remains inactive until it’s installed.
No. Review request emails are sent via WP-Cron on a schedule, not on page load. The frontend widget is lightweight and works alongside your existing page caching.
Yes, on the Starter plan. Go to RunPilot Reviews → Import, upload a Judge.me CSV export, and reviews are matched to your products by slug or title. Duplicate reviews are skipped automatically.
Every review request email includes an unsubscribe link. Customers who click it are added to your opt-out list and will not receive any further emails from RunPilot Reviews.
